More exercise today, including stairs! Laetitia climbed slowly but confidently up one floor, then back down again. She says it was hard work (very short video here), but it didn't seem to stop her from doing the rest of her exercises.
She was moved to another room on level 6 today - no longer "acute care" (although being in a cardiac ward, she still has an ECG going full-time, monitored remotely from the nurses' station). Her blood pressure is now a quite normal 120/70, and although her resting heart rate is still a bit high (80-90) it's improving slowly. Her blood oxygen levels are excellent without any supplementation and her pain is well controlled with Panadol alone.
I had a listen to her heart beat today, with my ear against her chest: no murmur! Hooray! :-D
